The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works (Design And Build Formula) Consisting In The Creation Of Two Active Playgrounds.2.The Subject Of The Order, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes: 3.1 Part 1: Creation Of An Active Playground In The Gryfuś Municipal Nursery At Ul. F. Stamma 14 In Białogard.A) Preparation Of Design Documentation In Accordance With Current Regulations Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification (The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare And Obtain All Arrangements And Other Documents Required In The Proceedings For Issuing A Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works). All Requirements Related To The Subject Of The Order, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Were Specified In The Functional And Utility Program. B) Detailed Description Of The Devices, Type, Quantity, Specification Of The Required Components Along With The Parameters That Should Be Met By Individual Devices Specified In The Annex To The Application - Pfu. C) The Contractor And The Ordering Party Are Obliged To Cooperate In Each Phase Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Order To Ensure The Uninterrupted Course Of Design And Construction Works. D) The Contractor Will Prepare Design Documentation In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Based On The Preliminary Land Development Plan (Concept) Approved By The Ordering Party. E) As Part Of The Order, All Necessary Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Approved By The Ordering Party, Necessary To Complete The Task. F) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Of Own Materials. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Itb Technical Approvals, Safety Certificates And Declarations Of Compliance With The Polish Or Industry Standard For The Materials Used. G) All Brand New Devices, Device Structures Made Of Metal, Wood And Plastic, Metal Elements Powder Coated Or Acrylic Varnish Or Galvanized, Chains And Screws Connecting Elements Made Of Stainless Steel Or Galvanized, Devices Must Have Valid Authorization Certificates To Mark The Product With A Safety Mark (Before Final Acceptance Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Current Certificates And Approvals For All Playground Equipment). H) The Contractor Is Responsible For Preparing Signs And Marking The Works During Their Duration. I) The Final Acceptance Will Be Carried Out By The Commission In The Presence Of Representatives Of The Employer And The Contractor. The Commission Accepting The Works Will Perform Their Qualitative Assessment On The Basis Of The Submitted Documents, Visual Assessment And Compliance Of The Works With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications.J) In The Event Of A Contradiction Between The Information Regarding The Scope Of The Contract, It Is Assumed That The Contractor Has Included In The
