The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In The Development Of Complete Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Development Of Outpatient Specialist Care At The University Orthopedic And Rehabilitation Hospital In Zakopane, Partly In The Design And Build Formula And Partly In The Build Formula, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program 1.1.Extension Of A Complex Of Rooms For The Needs Of The Orthopedic Clinic, Including The Introduction Of Air Conditioning In The Rooms Of The X-Ray Laboratory And Expansion Of The Queuing System, Monitoring And Access Control; 1.2.Extension Of The Existing Hospital Lift Along With The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Attic/Third Floor For The Needs Of Outpatient Specialist Care Based On The Documentation Available To The Ordering Party; 1.3.Renovation Of The Entrance Area With Raising The Roof For Ambulances And Works On External Stairs; 1.4.Renovation And Reconstruction Of Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms, Adapting Them To The Needs Of People With Disabilities; 1.5.Renovation Of Some Of The Rooms Of The Outpatient Department And The X-Ray Laboratory, Including Replacement Of Floors, Removal Of Wainscoting, Protection Of Walls And Corners, Installation Of Permanently Built-In Equipment, Installation, System And Security Elements Necessary For The Proper Performance And Use Of The Works Covered By The Order, As Well As Installation And Finishing Works;
