The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Container Building For A Village Community Center And A Tank For Liquid Waste With A Capacity Of Up To 6.0 M3 As Part Of The Task Entitled: Purchase And Installation Of A Container Community Center In Ruszenice. The Building Will Be Located On The Plot No. 43 In Accordance With The Land Development Plan. In Front Of The Entrance To The Building, A Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Blocks Will Be Made. 6 Cm On A Sand-Cement Base, Thick. 10 Cm And Aggregates Thick. 20 Cm. Entrance To The Investment Area From The Internal Road (Plot No. 285/2) Via The Designed Access Road. The Project Will Include Dismantling The Existing Fence From The Eastern Side And Moving It To Create Access To The Planned Community Center Building, Dismantling And Reinstalling The Fence And The Entrance Gate At The Border Of The Road Plot On The Southern Side (Register No. 285/1), Enabling Access To The Water Intake. There Will Be Three Parking Spaces On The Paved Area In Front Of The Village Community Center Building, Including One For Disabled People. The Planned Construction Of The Village Community Center Container Building Together With Construction Equipment Is A Single-Story Building, Without A Basement, Covered With A Single-Pitch Roof On A Rectangular Plan With Dimensions Of 10.0 M X 4.0 M. The Main Entrance To The Building Is From The West. Roof Covering And Roofing Flashings In Graphite Color, Walls In Graphite And Gray Color, Window And Door Joinery In Graphite Color. The Container Of The Village Community Center Will Be Mounted On A Previously Made Foundation Slab Of Thickness. 15 Cm According To The Structure Design. The Designed Container Community Center Will Be Equipped With Furniture, Sanitary Facilities And Lighting And Electrical Equipment. All Equipment Will Ensure The Use Of The Building In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose - All Equipment Is Delivered Prefabricated With The Container. The Building Will Be Equipped With The Following Installations: - Water Supply, - Electricity, - Sanitary Sewage (To The Designed Sewage Tank) - Gravity Ventilation (Optionally Assisted Ventilation) In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Bills Of Quantities.
