The Functional And Operational Program Was Developed On The Basis Of: 1.Site Plan,2.Prepared Photographic Documentation,3.Information Provided By The User,4.Site Visit,5.Requirements Included In The Energy Audit,6.Requirements Included In The Ornithological Expertise.1.The Audit Shows That The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Works Must Include: Insulating External Walls, Insulating The Roof, Insulating The Ceiling Above The Entrance, Replacing The Existing Door Joinery, Replacing The Existing Window Joinery, Modernizing The Central Heating Installation.  Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation,  Replacement Of The Heat Source With A Brine-Water Heat Pump Along With Automation,  Purchase And Installation Of A Mechanical Ventilation System,  Modernization Of The Sports Hall Lighting,  Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With An Energy Storage,  Installation Of Split Air Conditioning For Office Rooms,  Accompanying Works Necessary To Perform The Basic Scope Of Work, Including Dismantling And Reconstruction Works
