1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms In The Building Of The Poznań City Hall At Ul. Libelta 16/20, In Accordance With: A) Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Template Agreement; B) Technology And Parameters Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Template Agreement; C) Specific Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annexes No. 4 And 5 To The Template Agreement; D) Applicable Regulations In This Regard, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7 1994 Construction Law, Technical And Construction Standards, Polish Standards In Force In This Regard, Directly Applicable Directives And Standards Of The European Union And Construction Art;E) The Utmost Care, Ensuring The Highest Quality Of The Works Performed;F) The Contractors Bid Cost Estimate, Which Will Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template;G) The Work Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party;H) The Concluded Contract2) Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Performance Of Construction Works In A Building That Is In Continuous Use; B) Removal Of Furniture From The Room (In Some Cases To Another Floor); C) Performance Of The Works In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Functioning Of The Building And Is As Least Burdensome As Possible For People Working And Staying In The Building. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Throughout The Week, However, All Noisy Or Burdensome Works Should Be Performed After The Working Hours Of The Poznań City Hall, I.E. On Mondays After 5:00 P.M., And On Other Working Days After 15:30. The Contractor Undertakes To Organize The Works In A Way That Does Not Expose Building Users To Dangers And Nuisance Resulting From The Works And Does Not Impede The Ongoing Activities Of The Poznań City Hall; D) Perform The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Rules. And Other Restrictions Resulting From The Rules Applicable In Ump Buildings With The Simultaneous Application Of Special Precautions; E) Preparation Of Full Photographic Documentation; F) Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Standards Of Accessibility Of Buildings For People With Disabilities And Other Restrictions Resulting From The Rules Applicable In Ump Buildings, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Contract Template.
