The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By The Order Is Described In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Draft Agreement, And In The Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Draft Agreement. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Implementation Is Included In The Draft Contract With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts (Article 91(2) Of The Public Procurement Act): The Contract Is Of A Homogeneous Nature And Covers A Set Of Closely Related Activities, The Implementation Of Which Requires Maintaining A Sequence Of Works And The Use Of Knowledge And Experience Acquired At Subsequent Stages. Dividing The Contract Would Lead To Excessive Technical Difficulties And Cost Increases, Would Require Complex Coordination Of Many Contractors And Could Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Entire Contract. Additionally, It Would Make It Impossible To Clearly Define The Scope Of Warranty And Liability For Interrelated Works.
