The Scope Of Work Includes: • Modernization Of General Construction Works • Modernization Of Door Joinery • Modernization Of Electrical And Lighting Installations • Modernization Of Water And Sewage Installations The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Described In The Construction Design (Annex To Swz No. 4), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex To Swz No. 5), Bill Of Quantities (Annex To Swz No. 6), With The Proviso That The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In In The Above-Mentioned Design Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark Out The Main Points By An Authorized Surveyor And Is Responsible For Protecting The Marked Measuring Points Until The Final Acceptance Of The Works - If Applicable. The Contractor Will Restore And Preserve Damaged Or Destroyed Geodetic Signs At His Own Expense - If Applicable. Before Commencing Works In Built-Up Areas, The Contractor Will Notify The Owners Of Properties And Buildings, Including Adjacent Ones (If Applicable). Before Commencing The Works, The Contractor Will Also Notify The Interested Institutions And Owners Of Underground Utilities About The Commencement Of Construction (If Applicable). When Carrying Out Earthworks In Very Close Proximity To Buildings, Special Caution Should Be Exercised And Construction Law Regulations Must Be Strictly Observed. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Documentation, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills, Applicable Regulations And Polish Standards, On The Terms Specified In The Contract And Swz. The Devices And Materials Adopted In The Documentation, Technical Specifications And Bills Of Quantities Guarantee The Achievement Of The Expected Effect. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract Uses Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Products/Source/Particular Process That Could Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard.
