1. The Subject Of The Order Are Renovation Works At The Krus Field Office In Lubartów, Ul. Lipowa 2A, 21-100 Lubartów.2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Following Documentation:1) Chapter Ii Swz Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Separate For Each Part);2) Annex No. 1 To Swz - Bill Of Quantities For The Krus Field Branch In Lubartów;3) Annex No. 4 To Swz - Guidelines Regarding The Standard Of Visualization, Colors And Marking Of Rooms And Public Parts Of Buildings Of Krus Organizational Units.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Renovation Of Selected Office Rooms, Including The Replacement Of Floor Coverings, The Replacement Of Internal Sun Protection Windows, The Performance Of Painting Works And Other Finishing Works Necessary To Restore The Proper Utility And Aesthetic Standard. The Scope Of Work Also Includes Demolition, Preparatory And Cleaning Works, In Particular Securing The Work Area, Necessary Dismantling Works And Tidying Up The Premises After The Work Is Completed.
