Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Bobrowiec - Stage I

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of A Municipal Road Located On Plot No. 75/1 Within The Road In Bobrowiec. As Part Of The Task, A New Road Surface Should Be Made Of A Mineral And Bituminous Asphalt Mixture On A Section Of 600 Meters, 4.5 M Wide, Along With Hardening Of The Roadsides On Both Sides With 0.5 M Wide Crushed Aggregate, Which Gives A Width Of 5.5 M To The Modernized Road. The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Construction Of Two Lay-Bys/Passing Roads With An Asphalt Surface In Order To Allow Large Agricultural Machines To Pass Each Other Efficiently And In Accordance With The Technical Conditions That Public Roads Should Meet. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Work Necessary To Perform The Order And The Employers Requirements Regarding Technical Parameters, Are Specified In: Stwiorb And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 - Opz To This Swz And The Drafted Significant Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4. The Contractor Must Ensure That The Works Are Performed In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular With Technical And Construction Regulations, Regulations Regarding Independent Technical Functions In Construction And Regulations Regarding Products And Materials Used In Construction.
