Competitive Recruitment No.: Feds.09.05-Ip.01-328/25.3.Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Building Of The Library + Cultural Center In Czarny Bór, Including: For: A) Modernization Of The Existing Mechanical Ventilation System Into A Modern Supply And Exhaust Ventilation System With Heat Recovery And Adjustable Ventilation Stream Efficiency; B) Modernization Of The Heating System With A Change Of The Heating Method To A Ground Heat Pump With Underfloor Heating In Part Of The Building, Replacement Of Radiators And Adaptation Of The Installation To New Parameters. 2) The Thermal Modernization Works In Question Will Be Carried Out In A Building That Is In Normal Use, Therefore The Contractor Should Carry Out Construction Works In Such A Way As To Enable Users Of This Building Access To The Facility And Normal Functioning. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As To Limit Their Negative Impact On The Buildings Users As Much As Possible. In Order To Improve The Implementation Of The Works, The Ordering Party Assumes The Possibility Of Periodically Excluding Individual Rooms From Normal Use, In Particular During The Implementation Of Works Related To Underfloor Heating. At The Same Time, In Parallel To The Works In Question, Thermal Modernization Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of The Facility Covered By Stage 1, I.E. Insulating The Walls, Insulating The Roof, Replacing Windows And Doors And Expanding The Photovoltaic Installation.
