The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Commune Office Building In Miedziana Góra, Including Renovation Of The Interiors Of Three Above-Ground Storeys Of The Public Administration Building Along With The Modernization Of Internal Installations And Adaptation Of Selected Utility, Technical And Fire Protection Elements, As Well As The Scope Of Works And Supplies Covered By The Order In The Interior Design. However, The Scope Of Works And Supplies Covered By The Order In The Scope Of Interior Design Includes Only Those Elements, Materials, Equipment And Design Solutions That Were Included In The Bill Of Quantities Works And/Or The Offer Cost Estimate Constituting The Basis For The Valuation Of The Contractors Offer. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Swz And Technical/Design Documentation - Annex No. 1 Swz.2. The Ordering Party Informs That The On-Site Visit Is Mandatory And Will Take Place On September 9, 2026 At 10/00/3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Contractors Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Cost Estimate And Will Be Calculated As The Sum Of The Products Of The Actually Performed Quantities Of Works And The Unit Prices Offered By The Contractor In The Offer Cost Estimate. Together With The Offer, The Contractor Submits An Estimated Calculation Based On The Bill Of Quantities Provided By The Ordering Party (Offer Cost Estimate - Annex No. 12 Swz). The Ordering Party Introduces A Rigid And Unexceedable Maximum Cost Estimate Remuneration (The So-Called Cost Estimate Remuneration Limit) For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Amount Of The Gross Offer Price And 15% Of This Price.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Renovation Will Be Carried Out In A Building Used By Office Employees And Visitors.
