1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Village Community Center In Chyżyny, Latowicz Commune. The Scope Of Work Includes Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Attached Bill Of Quantities And Description Of The Works. The Tender Does Not Cover The Implementation Of The Scope Of The Bill Of Quantities In Item 6, 7, 8,11, 21, 29, And From Pos. 43 To Pos. 57. The Contractor, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, Will Complete The Task In Accordance With The Applicable Construction Law Provisions. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Take Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People At The Facility After Its Completion For All Users, In Accordance With Art. 100 Section 1 Of The Act
