The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Exit To The Roof In Block B1 In The Building Of The Ministry Of Finance, In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Their Execution And Acceptance Are Specified In The Ppu, Constituting Annex D To The Swz, And The Following Documentation, In Particular: 2.2.1 Design Documentation, Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Ppu;2.2.2 Information About The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Performed, Organization Of Construction Works, Environmental Protection And Facilities Provided For The Contractors Needs, Requirements For The Implementation Of The Works, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Which Together Constitute Annex No. 1A To The Ppu. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That In Chapter C Of The Opz, Point Iv, There Are Works That Were Excluded From The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Despite Their Inclusion In The Design Documentation. Due To The Integral Nature Of The Design Documentation, Which Is The Designers Work, These Works Remain In The Content Of The Available Documentation, But Are Not Subject To Execution Or Valuation By The Contractor Under This Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Exclusions Indicated In The Opz When Preparing The Offer, In Particular When Determining The Scope Of Works And Calculating The Offer Price.
