The Scope Includes In Particular: Dismantling And Demolition Works; Installation Of Sanitary Equipment; Replacement Of Floors And Doors; Installation Of Air Conditioning, Electric Heaters And Photovoltaic Installations; Thermal Modernization Of The Building; Land Development; Removing Collisions Between Façade Works And A Sheet-Metal Garage. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 10 To The Swz). 3. If The Order Documentation Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process, As Well As Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, These Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, And The Contractor Offering Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate Their Equivalence To The Extent Specified In The Order Documents. 4.
