1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor With A Transport Trailer.2) A Detailed Description Of The Parameters And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In:• Technical And Operational Requirements Form - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, • Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With The Subject Of The Order Together With The Necessary Equipment That Meets The Requirements Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of Order And Its Annexes (In Particular In The Form Technical And Operational Requirements Of The Vehicles And The Designed Contractual Provisions).4) The Tractor And Trailer Offered By The Contractor Must Be Technically Efficient And Ready For Work.5) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Tractor And Transport Trailer Be Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026 For European Markets.6) The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Together With Implementing Regulations, With Particular Emphasis On The Requirements For Vehicles Performing Cleaning, Renovation Or Modernization Works On The Road.7) The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Have An Approval Certificate Allowing For Traffic On Public Roads In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of June 18 2013 On The Type Approval Of Agricultural Tractors And Trailers And The Type Of Their Equipment Or Parts (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 343, As Amended).8) The Subject Of The Order Should Meet Applicable Standards, Technical And Quality Parameters, Have The Necessary Approvals And A Ce Certificate Of Conformity.9) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Equipped With All Legally Required Systems And Standard Factory Equipment, Also Not Listed In The Swz By The Ordering Party.10) The Vehicle Equipment Should Include, Among Others: A Fire Extinguisher, A First Aid Kit And A Warning Triangle.11) The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Warranty Card, An Operating Manual And A Spare Parts Catalog In Polish. 12) The Tractor And The Transport Trailer Must Come From Mass Production. It Is Not Allowed To Offer Vehicles Of Single Production And Those Whose Parameters Have Been Specially Changed To Meet The Requirements Of This Procedure.13) The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Means Of Transport (E.G. Tow Truck) Or Those At Its Disposal, In Accordance With The Applicable Road Traffic Regulations. 14) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Conditions And Safety Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order.15) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.16) The Costs Of Insurance For The Duration Of Transport To The Destination And Unloading At The Destination Are Borne By The Contractor.17) The Place Of Delivery Of The Vehicles Will Be Th
