Part 1 – Purchase Of A Multi-Function Tractor As Part Of The Task Entitled Equipping The Warehouse Base By Purchasing A Tractor, A Mobile Water Tank And Power Generators. The Task Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor, With A Power Of Min. 100 Hp, Year Of Production 2026.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Deliver And Unload The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Iwierzyce Commune. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Training In The Basic Operation Of The Machine And Equipment, B) Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle And Tank, In Particular: Vehicle Card, Technical Inspection, Warranty Book, Service Inspection Book, Operating Manual In Polish, A Set Of Keys In The Number Provided By The Manufacturer - If Required. C) The Contractor Will Ensure Technical And Service Inspections In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Tractor And Mobile Tank Manufacturer And Warranty Requirements, Throughout The Warranty Period. D) As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer, The Contractor Will Conduct Staff Training In The Field Of Operation, Maintenance And Safety, Commissioning Of The Equipment And Its Preparation For Work.2. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Should Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Fully Functional, Free From Material And Manufacturing Defects And Meet The Quality Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of The Given Product And The Ordering Party, And Guarantee Safety, Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use.3.
