Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A 9-Passenger School Car Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including One Person In A Wheelchair

1) The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery As Part Of The Task: Purchase Of A 9-Passenger School Car Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including One Person In A Wheelchair. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act Indicates That It May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Under The Above-Mentioned Sources Of Financing Have Not Been Granted To Him. The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Co-Financed By Pfron - The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A New Car Adapted To Transport Disabled People. A Detailed List Of Technical Parameters And Required Equipment As Well As Other Requirements Are Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A New Car With Equipment In Accordance With The Specification Of The Terms Of Order, Its Annexes And The Contract. The Car Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, Consolidated Text) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, Including Having Approval. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For The Period Of: - Mechanical Warranty For The Entire Vehicle, Min. 24 Months - Unlimited Kilometers - Paint Coating Warranty Min. 24 Months - Warranty Against Body Perforation Min. 72 Months - Warranty For Additional Equipment Min. 24 Months If The Contractor Does Not Enter The Warranty Periods He Offers In The Offer Form, The Ordering Party Will Assume That He Offers The Minimum Required Warranty Periods. If Shorter Warranty Periods Are Indicated Than The Minimum Required, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection. The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Type Approval Certificate Or Ec Certificate Of Conformity. The Vehicle Must Have Documents Enabling Its Registration As A Passenger Car With The Possibility Of Transporting A Person In A Wheelchair.
