Opole Voivodeship, In Accordance With The Real Estate Management Act, In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Mayor Of Strzelce Opolskie No. A.6724.3.21.2026 Of June 16, 2026. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Activities Necessary For The Proper Conduct Of The Geodetic Division Of Real Estate, Including: • Resuming Boundary Signs And Possibly Carrying Out The Procedure For Demarcating The Plots Mentioned Above.The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Stages: 1. Stage I: The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works Referred To Above And Provide The Ordering Party With: A) Originals Of The Necessary Documents For Legal Purposes In Order To Obtain A Decision Approving The Division Of The Real Estate In Paper Form (4 Copies Of The Map With The Design Of The Division Of The Real Estate, 4 Copies Of The List Of Land Changes, 4 Copies Of The Synchronization List If The Designation Of The Land Plots In The Real Estate Cadastre Is Different Than In The Land And Mortgage Register, A Protocol On The Acceptance Of The Boundaries Of The Real Estate Subject To Division - Everything With An Official Clause Confirming Acceptance Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource), B) A Copy Of The Survey Report In Electronic Form Accepted Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource, Excluding Documents Containing Personal Data Or Other Data Subject To Protection In Accordance With The Provisions On The Protection Of Personal Data (Gdpr), C) A Positive Verification Report Of The Results Of Reported Geodetic Works Signed By An Authorized Employee Of The Starosty. The Geodetic And Legal Documentation Developed As A Result Of The Execution Of The Order Should Be Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve, I.E. To Carry Out A Geodetic Division Of Real Estate (The Documentation Is To Enable The Issuance Of A Decision To Approve The Division Of Real Estate).2.
