The Subject Of The Order Is The Launch And Maintenance Of A Comprehensive Printing Device Service System In The District Court In Rzeszów And Subordinate District Courts - For A Period Of 12 Months. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Following Judicial Units In The Following Locations: 1.1. District Court In Rzeszów: Plac Śreniawitów 3, 35-959 Rzeszów, Ul. Hetmańska 15 Commercial Premises No. 18, 35-959 Rzeszów, 1.2. District Court In Leżajsk: Ul. A. Mickiewicza 47, 37-300 Leżajsk, 1.3. District Court In Łańcut: Ul. Grunwaldzka 10, 37-100 Łańcut,1.4. District Court In Ropczyce: Ul. Słowackiego 7, 39-100 Ropczyce, 1.5. District Court In Strzyżów: Ul. 3 Maja 14, 38-100 Strzyżów, Ul. 8 Marca 9, 38-100 Strzyżów. The Ordering Party Informs That All The Above-Mentioned Locations Have Separate Internal Networks, In Accordance With The Division Specified In Point. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 Above. There Is No Common Communication Between The Mentioned Locations.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular:2.1. Delivery Of Consumables For Printing Devices At The Location Of A Given Judicial Unit; 2.2. Ensuring The Continuity Of Operation Of Printing Devices By Performing Their Ongoing Inspections And Maintenance;2.3. Lending Printing Devices - If There Is Such A Need On The Part Of The Ordering Party In The Location Of A Given Judicial Unit (Delivery Of The Device);2.4. Collection And Disposal Of Used (Used) Consumables And Their Packaging;2.5. The Ability Of The Contractor To Track And Analyze The Consumption Of Consumables In The Printing Devices Of The Judicial Units Referred To In Section 1 Of This Chapter And, On This Basis, Their Smooth And Ongoing Delivery;2.6. Launching A Management And Monitoring System On The Ordering Partys Server, Which Will Enable Monitoring The Consumption Of Individual Consumables For All Printing Devices Visible In The Local Network Of A Given Judicial Unit Via Lan And Usb Connections;2.7. The Implementation Of The Management And Monitoring System Must Take Place Within No More Than 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. A Written Protocol Will Be Prepared To Complete The Implementation Process Of The Management And Monitoring System, And Its Date Will Be The Beginning Of The 12-Month Order Execution Period. 3. The Ordering Party Considers Printers, Multifunctional Devices, Photocopiers And Printers For Printing Court File Covers To Be Printing Devices, Regardless Of The Printing Technology Used And The Supported Printing Format.4. The Service Constituting The Subject Of This Order Covers Both Printing Devices Currently In The Possession Of The Judicial Units Referred To In Section 1 Of This Chapter, Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, As Well As Those That The Ordering Party Will Purchase Or Lease During The Term Of The Contract. 4.1.
