1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Building Of The Palace Of Music And Art (Pałac Ziemstwa Pomorskiego) Located In Szczecin At Al. Niepodległości 40, Consisting Of Renovation Of The Insulation Of The Terrace Above The Main Entrance.2.Detailed Requirements Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Swz And The Following Annexes: 1) Appendix No. 4 To The Swz - Contract Template, 2) Appendix No. 5 To The Swz - Design Documentation.3.Before Starting Construction Works On The Terrace Above The Main Entrance To The Building From Al. Niepodległości, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Dismantle The Existing Lighting Above The Entrance, 2) Inventory And Prepare Photographic Documentation Of The Stucco On The Vaults Of The Entrance Portico, 3) Stabilize And Structurally Strengthen The Cracks In The Vaults, 4) Protect The Vault Above The Entrance To The Building With A Protective Net With Meshes For Falling Plaster With A Mesh Of 4.5 X 4.5 Cm; Mesh Thickness Min. 4 Mm, 5) Undercut The Terrace Ceiling, Using Wooden Support Rings On The Ceiling Pillar; Board The Remaining Part Of The Vault. 6) Construction Works On The Terrace Must Be Conducted Manually - In Order To Minimize Vibrations That May Negatively Affect The Existing Static System Of The Terrace And The Vault Above The Main Entrance To The Building, 7) Monitor Structural Changes Within The Terrace And The Entrance Portico To The Building On An Ongoing Basis. Any Changes That May Occur Should Be Immediately Consulted With The Construction Manager And The Constructor.
