1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Water Supply Network In Łabowa. The Investment Includes The Construction Of A Network Of Pe 100 Rc Sdr11 Pipes With Diameters Of 160, 90, 63 And 40 Mm, With A Total Length Of 906.00 M. The Scope Of Works Includes Earthworks And Installation Of The Distribution Network, Installation Of Water Supply Fittings, Drilling Passages And Intersections With Existing Underground Utilities. After Completion Of The Works, The Surface Should Be Restored And The Land Recultivated. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Execution Of Earthworks And Assembly Works Related To The Construction Of A Water Supply Network; • Construction Of A Water Supply Network Using Pe 100 Rc Sdr11 Pipes With A Total Length Of 906.00 Meters; • Installation Of Water Supply Fittings, Including Gate Valves And Hydrants; • Drilling Passages And Intersections With Existing Underground Utilities; • Performing Tightness Tests, Rinsing And Disinfection Of The Network; • Restoration Of The Surface After The Works Have Been Completed; • Tidying Up The Area And Restoring It To Its Original Condition; • Providing The Ordering Party With Written Confirmation Obtained From The Owners/Managers Of The Properties Where Works Related To The Construction Of The Water Supply Network Were Carried Out That No Comments Were Submitted Regarding The Tidying Up Of The Area; • Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, An Appropriate Notification/Permit To Use The Water Supply Network, Including Fire Water Supply, Included In The Scope Of Construction Works (Hydrant Performance Report); • Performing An As-Built Inventory; • Execution Of All Works In Accordance With The Developed Technical Documentation And Work Notification; • Performance Of Other Works Necessary For The Proper Completion And Acceptance Of The Investment.
