The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of A Hybrid Drive Station (Simulator) For The Technical School Complex In Mikołów, Planned As Part Of The Project Entitled Effective Functional Schools - Development Of Vocational Education In Mikołów County Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027 (Priority Fesl.10: European Funds For Transformation, Action Fesl.10.14: Infrastructure Of Vocational Education). A. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Following Equipment: 1. Position Hybrid Drive (Simulator) - 1 Piece. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. B. The Contractors Obligation Is To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, C. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Scope Of Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, For The Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Qualitative Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order Applicable Legal Provisions. D. Delivering The Subject Of The Order Using Your Own Transport And At Your Own Expense And Risk, To The Premises Of The School Workshops Of The Technical School Complex In Mikołów At Ul. Pokoju 2, E. Unloading The Subject Of The Order From The Means Of Transport And Transporting It (Carrying It) To The Car Workshops Located On The Ground Floor, And Then Unpacking The Delivered Goods, F. Final Assembly Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order And Connecting It To The Prepared Installations, Starting The Equipment And Checking Its Correctness Activities, G. Conducting A Two-Hour On-The-Job Training For 2 Teachers Of The Technical School Complex In Mikołów To The Extent Necessary To Operate The Subject Of The Contract And Knowledge In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety With The Hv System; H. Providing Service Under The Quality Guarantee, As Well As Service In The Post-Warranty Period On Separate Terms And Conditions, I. Providing, Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Documents Specified In The Swz And Any Other Documents Enabling The Ordering Party To Use The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Law. And In Accordance With Its Technical And Economic Purpose (All Documents Specified In This Point Should Be Prepared In Polish Or Translated Into Polish).J. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.
