Task No. 1 - Modernization Of The Sports Facilities Of The Csw Facility At Ul. Sytej 123 In Warsaw, Including Relocation Of Paving Stones And Replacement Of Linear Drainage (Aco). The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Modernization Of The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities, Installation Of Axial Fans And Replacement Of Lighting With Led. In Order To Improve The Functionality Of The Facilities, Renovation Of Floors, Walls And Ceilings Is Planned. The Walls In Bathrooms, Locker Rooms And Showers Are Planned To Be Finished With Ceramic Tiles Up To The Ceiling Height, And The Ceilings Are To Be Painted With Paint For Wet Rooms. Stoneware Is Planned In The Locker Rooms, Bathrooms And Showers. The Door Joinery Is Partially Replaced, The Rest Of The Joinery Needs To Be Painted. It Is Planned To Build The Existing 4 Pairs Of External Doors Up To The Height Of The Fanlights And Insulate The Space Between The Doors And The Buildings. It Is Also Planned To Replace The Existing Electric Radiators And Water Heaters. A Water Shut-Off Valve Is Planned To Be Installed Inside The Building. The Sports Facilities Include: - Four Locker Rooms, Four Bathrooms And Two Rooms With Showers. 1) Disassembly, Repair Of The Substrate And Re-Laying Of The Dismantled Paving Stones (30 M2).2) Disassembly And Installation Of A New Aco Linear Drainage (6 M).3) Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Led Ones. Comments: Work On An Active Facility. The Facility Is Divided Into Two Separate Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities. Access To One Of Them Should Be Provided.
