Tenders Are Invited For Purchase (Delivery) Of A Backhoe Loader For The Needs Of The Municipal Utilities Department Of The Wiązownica Commune.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Purchase Of One Brand New (Produced No Earlier Than In 2026) Backhoe Loader Financed From The Funds Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 Meeting The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E.: Appendix No. 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. All Materials And Equipment Used In The Car Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Ec/Eu Declarations Of Conformity And Meet Standards And Regulations On Passenger Transport And The Transport Of Goods.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Annexes Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, In Particular In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 6 To The Swz Template Of The Contract Specifying The Scope And Conditions Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Contractor Must Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least 5 Days Before The Date Of Delivery Of The Car.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Wiązownica Commune Office At Ul. Warszawska 15, 37-522 Wiązownica At Your Own Expense And Risk. Together With The Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Full Documentation, Including Certificates And Approvals Authorizing The Above-Mentioned Vehicle For Proper Use.5. The Backhoe Loader Should Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Road Traffic Act And Its Implementing Regulations, Confirmed By A Current Car Approval Certificate (A Current Vehicle Approval Certificate Must Be Attached When Collecting The Car).6. Guarantee And Warranty: Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - Minimum 24 Months Or 2000 Mth, Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - Minimum 24 Months. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party Without Any Reservations. All Assemblies And Components Are Covered By The Warranty Without Any Exclusions, Except For Consumables.7.
