Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Hall For Agricultural Equipment In The Design And Build Formula

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Hall For Agricultural Equipment At The School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center In Bielice, In The Design And Build Formula.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Applicable Regulations; 2) Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Other Documents Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including Obtaining A Building Permit, Notification Or Other Documents Required By Law; 3) Preparation Of The Area For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including The Performance Of The Necessary Earthworks And Preparatory Works; 4) Execution Of Foundations And Other Works Construction;5) Construction And Assembly Of The Hall Structure;6) Construction Of The Hall Walls And Roof, Together With The Required Insulation And Finishing Elements;7) Construction Of The Hall Floor Along With The Preparation Of The Ground And The Necessary Construction Layers;8) Construction Of Gates, Doors And Other Joinery Provided For In The Ffu;9) Execution Of Electrical Installations, Internal And External Lighting And Other Installations Provided For In The Ffu;10) Execution Of Land Development, Including The Access Road, Maneuvering Area And Other Elements Provided For In The Fup;11) Carrying Out The Necessary Works Related To The Drainage Of The Area And Water Disposal, Resulting From The Ffu, Design Documentation And Applicable Regulations;12) Preparing As-Built Documentation And Carrying Out The Required Tests, Inspections And Acceptances;13) Obtaining Documents Necessary To Complete The Construction And Use Of The Facility, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.3.The Detailed Scope And Requirements Regarding The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4.The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Which Means That The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Complete Design Documentation, Obtain The Required Decisions, Arrangements And Other Documents Necessary To Implement The Investment And Perform The Complete Subject Of The Order On Its Basis.
