1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct A Series Of Two-Day, Stationary Theoretical And Practical Training In The Operation And Use Of A Helicopter Winch (Hho - Helicopter Hoist Operation). The Aim Of The Training Is To Acquire The Ability To Evacuate A Casualty If Landing Is Not Possible. Trained Hems Crew Members And Doctors Will Have Practical Skills In Operating The On-Board Winch During Emergency Medical Operations, Which Will Increase Their Chances Of Effective Rescue And Quick Evacuation Of The Patient.2.A Detailed Description Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order).
