The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Walking Pier With A Tower For Lifeguards (Pier) In Majdan Sopocki Drugi.2.The Scope Of Works Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Swz, The Contract And Applicable Regulations, Including In Particular: 1) Replacement Of The Bridge Structure With D24 Class Oak Beams (Without Replacing Piles And Heads). 2) Replacement Of The Deck Covering Made Of Wooden Boards With Grooved Boards Made Of A Recycled Textile-Plastic Composite With A Thickness Of 4Cm - 443.52M23) Replacing Wooden Balustrades With Oak Balustrades, Class D24.4) Painting The Tower For Rescuers.5) Dismantling And Reassembling The Flagpole.6) Replacing Benches With Backrests, 180 Cm Long - 20 Pcs.7) Replacing Garbage Bins - 6 Pcs.8) Painting Poles Lighting And Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures - 10 Pcs.9) Replacement Of The Monitoring System Consisting Of 2 External Cameras, A Recorder And A Base Station, Along With The Replacement Of Cabling. Other Obligations Of The Contractor: A) Establishing And Ensuring The Performance Of The Duties Of The Construction Manager Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 22 Of The Construction Law B) Preparation Of All Necessary Documents, Obtaining All Necessary Positions, Opinions, Decisions, Expert Opinions, Etc., In Order To Bring The Entire Investment Into Use.
