The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Furniture For Lecture Room No. 457, Located In The Main Building For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Civil And Environmental Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.2.The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes Delivery, Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Assembly And Leveling Of Furniture And Setting The Furniture. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: The Basic Order And The Order Covered By The Option (Implementation Simultaneously With The Basic Order). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Implementation Are Specified In Annex No. Third Parties, And The Services Should Be Performed With Due Care.6. The Furniture Must Be Complete, Have The Certificates, Approvals And Documents Authorizing Its Use Required By Law And Comply With The Standards Indicated In This Swz.7. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee For The Offered Subject Of The Order Of At Least Min. 24 Months. 8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Extend The Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Order To The Warranty Period Declared In The Offer.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In This Tor And On The Basis Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Tor.
