Refuse And Waste Related Services – Delegating The Management Of The Component Activities Of The Sanitation Service Regarding The Transfer, Sorting, Mechanical-Biological Treatment, Composting, Operation Of Collection Centers With Voluntary Input And Disposal By Storage Of Municipal Waste In Maramureș County. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Delegate By Concession The Management Of The Component Activities Of The Sanitation Service Of Maramureș County, Respectively: - The Transfer Of Municipal Waste To Transfer Stations, Including The Separate Transport Of Residual Waste To Non-Hazardous Waste Depots And/Or To Integrated Treatment Facilities, Of Paper, Metal, Plastic And Glass Waste Collected Separately At Sorting Stations And Of Bio-Waste To Composting And/Or Anaerobic Digestion;; - Sorting Of Paper, Cardboard, Metal, Plastic And Glass Waste Collected Separately From Municipal Waste In Sorting Stations, Including The Transport Of Residues Resulting From Sorting To Waste Depots And/Or Energy Recovery Facilities; - Mechano-Biological Treatment Of Residual Waste In Mechano-Biological Treatment Facilities Or, As The Case May Be, In Integrated Treatment Facilities, Including The Transport Of Biologically Stabilized Waste And Residual Waste That Can No Longer Be Recovered At Waste Depots And Residual Waste That Can Be Recovered Energetically At Energy Recovery Facilities; - Aerobic Treatment Of Biowaste Collected Separately In Composting Facilities, Including The Transport Of Residues To Waste Depots And/Or Energy Recovery Facilities; - The Disposal, Through Storage, Of Residual Waste, Street Waste, Soil And Stone Waste From Public Roads, Residues From Municipal Waste Treatment Facilities, As Well As Waste That Cannot Be Recovered From Internal And/Or External Redevelopment And Rehabilitation Activities At Non-Hazardous Waste Depots; - The Operation Of Collection Centers Through Voluntary Contribution Of Waste From Natural Persons. For The Performance Of The Activities, The Contracting Authority Also Delegates The Operation Of The Facilities With The Specific Equipment And Equipment Made Within The Maramureș Integrated Waste Management System Project, Respectively: • Serbian Integrated Waste Management Center (Cmid) Which Includes: Sorting Station With A Capacity Of 32,000 Tons/Year; Mechanical-Biological Treatment Plant (Tmb) With A Capacity Of 150,000 Tons/Year; Landfill With Cell 1 Capacity Of Approx. 450,500 Tons • Sighetu Marmatiei Sorting Station With A Capacity Of 22,600 Tons/Year • 3 Transfer Stations: Sighetu Marmatiei (25,000 T/Year); Moisei (31,000 T/Year); Târgu Lăpuș (10,000 T/Year) • 7 Bulky Waste Collection Centers (Ccdv), Including Hazardous Waste From Household Waste From The Localities: Baia Mare; Seini; Somcuta Mare; Sighetu Marmatia; Stock Exchange; Dream From Above; Targu Lapus The Operator Will Ensure The Performance Of The Delegated Activities In Accordance With The Requirements Imposed By The Award Documentation.
