Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Properties Where Residents Live And From Owners Of Properties Where Residents Do Not Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, Along With The Delivery Of Waste Containers To The Property And Their Transfer To The Owner Of The Property In Accordance With The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune Adopted By The Ostrzeszów City Council And The Resolution On The Method And Scope Of Service Provision In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And Managing This Waste, 2. Establishing And Operating A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) And Collecting And Managing Municipal Waste Collected There, 3. Collecting Municipal Waste From Organized Special Events, 4. Collecting Waste Abandoned In Publicly Accessible Places Not Intended For Collection, Storage Or Depositing 5. Municipal Waste Collection Problematic Waste, - From The City And Commune Of Ostrzeszów, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996.
