Building-Cleaning Services – Cleaning And Maintenance Of Municipal Building Premises. The Contract Stipulations Concern The Execution Of Cleaning, Maintenance And Hygiene Services For Occupied Premises In The Town Of Emerainville As Defined In The Cctp And Its Annex. Services Include: • Cleaning Of Offices; • Cleaning Of Toilets; • Cleaning Of Traffic Routes; • Cleaning Of Meeting Rooms; • Cleaning Of Small Catering Areas (Excluding Offices In Early Childhood And Childhood Structures); • Maintenance Of Glazing Such As Doors And Portholes; • Waste Management; • One-Off Services On Request. The Holder Must Replenish The Sanitary Consumables In The Dispensers Provided By The Buyer. These Include Toilet Paper, Hand Towels And Soap. A Buffer Stock Is Constituted By Municipal Services, Made Available In A Dedicated Room In Each Structure. Resumption Of Personnel The Holder Of This Contract Undertakes To Respect And Apply The Provisions Of The National Collective Agreement For Cleaning Companies And Associated Services Of July 26, 2011, And More Particularly: - Article 1.1.1. Relating To The Scope Of Application To The Activity Of Cleaning Premises Classified Under Ape Code 81.2, Including Cleaning Activities During Refurbishments; - Article 7 Relating To The Conditions Of Employment Guarantee And Continuity Of The Staff Employment Contract In The Event Of A Change Of Service Provider (Ex-Annex Vii). - Attached Texts; Agreement Of March 29, 1990 Establishing The Conditions Of An Employment Guarantee And The Continuity Of The Staff Employment Contract In The Event Of A Change Of Service Provider (Oj Of June 9, 1990), Its Amendment No. 1 Of February 27, 1991 (Oj Of May 7, 1991) As Well As Their Various Annexes Relating To The Resumption Of Staff. The List Of Staff Affected By This Contract Appears In The Appendix.
