The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of 10 Brand New Utm Class Devices In Industrial Design; 2) Delivery Of A License For A Central Management System In The Form Of A Virtual Machine Supporting Min. 20 Devices; 3) Delivery Of A License For A Log Analysis, Reporting And Correlation System In The Form Of A Virtual Machine; 4) Delivery Of The Necessary Licenses And Security Subscriptions For A Period Of 12 Months For All Delivered Utm Devices; Meeting The Detailed Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities And The Method Of Carrying Out The Order Have Been Specified In Detail In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. 7. Failure To Meet The Requirement Referred To In Point 6(1) Or 2) Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17) Or Point 19 Respectively). Public Procurement Law 8.
