As Part Of The Contract, The Service Provider Will Develop A Proposal For Energy-Saving Measures. The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures In The Sense Of This Contract Includes The Following Actions: • Processing Project Documentation And Ensuring Other Activities For Securing Building Permits For The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures, If, According To The Offer Of The Participant, They Are Necessary With Regard To The Proposed Measures And If The Documents Have Not Been Provided By The Contracting Authority, • All Engineering Activities, In Particular The Handling Of The Requirements Associated With Obtaining A Building Permit, • Processing Of The Implementation Project Documentation For The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures, • Supply And Installation Of The Proposed Energy-Saving Measures On A Turnkey Basis, • Energy Management (Services Including Continuous Monitoring And Evaluation Of Achieved Energy Savings) For The Duration Of The Contractual Relationship, Including Inspection Of The Installed Equipment.
