The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated By Owners Of Residential And Uninhabited Properties Located In The City Of Cieszyn In The Period From January 1, 2027, Subject To The Obligations That The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Before The Actual Commencement Of The Order, Until December 31, 2028. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Collection Directly From The Property Of Municipal Waste Generated By Owners Of Residential And Uninhabited Properties Located In The City Of Cieszyn In 2027-2028 And Their Management; 2) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Located In Cieszyn At Ul. Motokrosowa 27. 3. Forecasted Mass Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed During The Contract Implementation Period [Mg]: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - Pln 12,588.00 2) Separately Collected Waste Other Than In Point 3.1.3. Sub-Item 3) And Sub-Item 4) - 12,900.00 3) Separately Collected Waste Classified As Hazardous Waste, Except For Waste In The Form Of Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment Classified As Hazardous Waste - 17.00 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed By The Contractor In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz - Opz. 5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs Persons Under An Employment Contract, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, To Perform The Following Activities: 1) Persons Employed In The Collection Of Waste From The Property, And 2) Drivers And Operators Of Dust-Free And Other Cars That Will Be Used By The Contractor To Perform The Task, And 3) Persons Supervising The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Logistics, Administration And Customer Service Employees.
