The Service Provision Is Defined In The Form Of A Service Level Agreement (Sla). The Result Or The Service Content To Be Checked Is Specifically Described In The Sla. The Results Are Checked And Evaluated Based On The Sla And A Transparent Control System. The Deviations Are Weighted Based On Their Significance And Recorded In A Points System So That Serious Deviations From The Agreed Service (Agreed Service = 100%) Lead To A Pro-Rata Discount On The Invoice.
