The Subject Of This Tender Is The Reconstruction Of The Premises Of The Information Center In The Premises Of The Building Mírové Náměstí 16/8, Litoměřice. The Project Includes Structural Modifications To The Premises, Renewal Of Interior Equipment, Modernization Of Facilities For Employees, Modifications To The Electrical Installation For The Use Of Digital Technologies, Installation Of Energy-Saving Lighting And Addition Of Safety Elements, The Following Will Be Carried Out:• Construction And Layout Modifications Of The Information Center Premises – Reconstruction Of The Floor And Modification Of The Layout For The Placement Of Desks In The Front Part, Construction Of A Partition/Door Separating The Operational Part From The Corridor;• Production And Installation Of New Interior Equipment – ​​Matte Furniture Resistant To Fingerprints, Storage Spaces In The Main Room And Corridor, Rest Area For Employees, Kitchen Equipment;• Technical And Multimedia Equipment For Providing Information – As Part Of The Reconstruction, New Electrical Installation Will Be Carried Out In Places Where The Necessary Wiring Is Still Missing For The Future Installation Of A Touch Panel With Information About Events In The City, Another Payment Terminal With A Printer And A Second Telephone Handset For The Fixed Line, The Devices Themselves Are Not The Subject Of This Order; • Reconstruction Of The Background Of The Information Center For Employees – Modernization Of The Kitchen, Including New Surfaces;• Modernization Of Lighting And Aesthetic Elements – Installation Of Energy-Saving Led Lighting, Addition Of Greenery And Elements Improving Visitor Comfort;• As Part Of The Reconstruction, The Deployment Of Safety Elements And Operational Equipment Will Be Optimized; New Bins For Sorted Waste, A Key Box And A First Aid Kit Will Be Purchased; Existing Equipment (Defibrillator, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Button) Will Be More Appropriately Located With Regard To Safety And Operational Needs.A More Detailed Specification Is Given In Appendix No. 4 – Measurement Report And In Appendix No. 5 – Pd – Visualization.
