Chatham County Is Soliciting Bids From Qualified Vendors For The Furnishing, Warranty, And Delivery Of Commercial-Duty Furniture For Multiple Chatham County Fire Department Fire Stations. The Intent Of This Procurement Is To Establish A Consistent Furniture Standard Suitable For Continuous Twenty-Four-Hour Public-Safety Occupancy. All Products Shall Be New And Unused Current-Production Products. Furniture Shall Be Commercial-Duty, Durable, Cleanable, Serviceable, And Suitable For High-Use Fire Station Living Environments. Equal Or Greater Capability Products May Be Accepted When They Meet Or Exceed The Requirements Stated Herein And Provide A Substantially Similar Coordinated Appearance. Pricing Shall Include All Manufacturing, Freight, Inside Delivery To The Designated Location, Required Hardware, And Warranty Unless A Cost Is Specifically Identified Separately. Final Quantities May Be Adjusted By Chatham County In Accordance With Applicable Procurement Policies.
