The Netherlands Institute For Sound And Vision Foundation, Secretary Of Netwerk Mediawijsheid, Is Preparing A Tender For The Realization, Management And Further Development Of An Integral Digital Platform For Mediamasters. With This Market Consultation, Sound & Vision Wants To Gain Insight Into The Feasibility Of The Assignment, Into The Question Of Whether Acquisition And Further Development Of The Existing Solution Or Complete Reconstruction Is Preferable, Into The Required Implementation And Transition Period, Into The Financial Feasibility And Into The Risks And Points Of Attention For The Tender. Sound & Vision Is Considering Contracting One Market Party For This Assignment. For The Years 2026, 2027 And 2028, An Estimated Budget Of Approximately €70,000 Excluding Vat Per Year Has Been Assumed, Of Which €60,000 Has Been Reserved For The Development Budget And €10,000 For Hosting. The Desired Contract Duration Is Two (2) Contract Years Including The Option To Extend Two (2) Times By One (1) Year. The Maximum Term Is Therefore Four (4) Years.
