This Is A Framework Agreement That Will Be Concluded With One Contract Partner. The Framework Agreement Is In The Form Of 1+1+1+1, A Total Of No More Than 4 Years From 1 January 2027. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For One Year At A Time. Possibility Of One-Year Options One Year At A Time, Years 2028-2030. The Contract Terms Are Jyse 2025 Services. The Use Of The Option Year Will Be Agreed Upon By Negotiating Together No Later Than One Month Before The End Of The Contract, I.E. The 2028 Option Will Be Agreed Upon By The End Of November 2027. Supplier Evaluations Are Held Annually On The Quality Of The Service. Based On The Bid Comparison, The Bidder Who Gave The Lowest Comparison Price Is Selected As The Winner. During This Period, The Fixed Prices Given In The Offer Are Valid. The Price Of The Service Is Revised For Possible Option Years In Accordance With The Change In The Index. The Latest Published Index Point Number Prior To The Publication Date Of The Request For Tenders, 31 August 2026, Is Used As The Basic Index Point Number. The Latest Published Corresponding Index Point Number For Each Price Revision Period Is Used As The Revision Index. The Base Point Number Is Fixed And Is Not Changed Based On Subsequent Index Revisions. The Price Revision Can Be Done Annually After The Index Publication That Affects Price Formation Is Available. The Index-Adjusted Price Comes Into Effect After The Fixed Price Period, If The Options Are Exercised. The Revised Price Is Valid Until The Next Price Revision Time. According To Section 9.7 Of Jyse 2025 Services, A Price Change (Such As An Appeal To The Increase In Fuel Costs) Can Take Effect At The Earliest When 12 Months Have Passed Since The Start Of The Contract And A 3-Month Notice Period Has Been Taken Into Account. The Supplier Must Deliver A Written And Justified Explanation Of The Change In The Index/Fuel Price To The Customer At Least Three (3) Months Before The New Price Takes Effect. If Price Negotiations Fail, The Jyse 2025 Services Terms And Conditions Will Be Followed. During The Contract, The Applicable Value Added Tax Is Added To The Prices.
