The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Development Of A Conceptual Project For The Reconstruction And Revitalization Of The Trimontium Pedestrian Underpass And Adjacent Urban Territory, With A Territorial Scope: Underground Space + Above-Ground Approaches And Adjacent Public Spaces. The Scope Of The Development Includes The Pedestrian Underpass Trimontsium Representing Pi 56784.521.1382 And Pi 56784.523.4022, Located In The City Of Plovdiv, Central District, Tsar Boris Iii Obedinitel Blvd. The Competition Is Held With The Aim Of Acquiring A Conceptual Project - A Basis For Awarding Subsequent Design In The Technical Phase.The Total Estimated Value Of The Project Tender Is 255,500 Euros Without Vat And Is Determined In Accordance With Art. 80, Para. 3 Ppa As The Sum Of The Awards And The Estimated Value Of The Public Contract For A Service That Can Be Awarded Through A Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Notice.The Final Technical, Financial And Contractual Terms, Including The Execution Price, Will Be Subject To Negotiation In The Subsequent Procedure. The Provision Of Subsequent Negotiation Does Not Create An Unconditional Obligation For The Contracting Authority To Enter Into A Contract. A Contract Is Concluded When Agreement Is Reached On The Terms Of Implementation And When Financing Is Secured.By Participating In The Current Competition, The Participants Who Received Prizes Expressly Agree That In Case Of Refusal By The Participants Ranked First And Second To Participate In The Procedure In Accordance With Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 9 Of The Civil Procedure Code, Or In The Event That The Negotiation Procedure Without Prior Notice Does Not End With The Conclusion Of A Public Procurement Contract, The Employer Has The Right To Conduct A Procedure Of The Contractors Choice To Develop An Investment Project In Technical And Working Project Phases, Using Their Conceptual Designs.The Awarded Projects Are Works Created To Order Within The Meaning Of Art. 42 Of The Copyright And Related Rights Act.
