The Designated Contractor Should Ensure At His Own Expense All Transportation Costs To The Place Indicated For Delivery, The Costs Of Acquisition, Respectively Transfer Of The Right Of Ownership Of The Cars To The Employer, For Payment Of Product Tax (Eco-Tax), All Costs Of Warranty Maintenance During The Warranty Period (For Labor, Spare Parts And Consumables), The Costs Of Warranty (Service) Servicing Of The Cars During The Warranty Period, As Well As The Costs Of Removal By The Contractor Of All Technical Malfunctions And Damages That Occurred Through No Fault Of The Contracting Authority And Are Covered By The Warranty Conditions And Warranty Liability Of The Contractor, As Well As The Costs Related To The Registration Of The Cars At The Traffic Police.The Delivery Term Is At The Offer Of The Participant, Specified In Calendar Days (In Whole Number), Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.The Maximum Delivery Period For Each Specific Item Is: Up To 180 (One Hundred And Eighty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until The Delivery And Acceptance Of The Vehicle.
