The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of Zop. The Subject Of Awarding Under The Procedure Is Periodically Repeated Supplies Of Medical Gases For The Needs Of Vtora Sagbal - Sheynovo Ead (Awarder), According To The Attached Technical Specification, With The Aim Of Selecting A Supplier Of The Specified Medical Gases And Concluding A Supply Contract Under The Conditions And In Accordance With The Law On Public Procurement For A Period Of 24 Months. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Equipment For The Storage And Consumption Of Medical Gases, For Which Such A Requirement Is Specified In The Technical Specification, And The Same Is To Be Carried Out Within 5 /Five/ Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, And For The Additional Required Equipment Within 5 /Five/ Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Written Request By The Contracting Authority.The Scope And Main Parameters Of The Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Under The Two Separate Items, Namely: Separate Item No. 1 Supply Of Medical Gases Registered As Medicinal Products - Complex Offer And Separate Item No. 2 Supply Of Medical Gases Registered As Medical Devices - Complex Offer, Attached To The Participation Documentation.
