The Coordination And Approval Of The Working Project By The Contracting Authority, The Consultant Under Art. 166 Of The Zut, The Specialized State Control Bodies And Operating Companies, And Obtaining A Construction Permit Is A Commitment Of The Contracting Authority. **The Time Required To Agree On The Investment Project And Obtain A Building Permit Is Not Included In The Order Execution Period.8.1.2. Implementation Of Cmp:The Implementation Of The Smr Is Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Zut And Begins After The Entry Into Force Of The Construction Permit And After Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level Of Construction. Author Supervision During Construction:The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Designers Obligation To Fulfill His Duties As A Designer Performing Authors Supervision During The Construction And Commissioning Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Current Bulgarian Legislation.
