The Public Procurement Is Subject To Service Under Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Law On Public Procurement And Aims To Provide Meals For The Students Of The First Elementary School St. St. Cyril And Methodius - Montana. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation, Packaging, When Applicable, And The Delivery Of Food On School Days, According To The Prior Requests And The Actual Needs Of The Employer.The Order Is Divided Into Two Separate Items:- Separate Position No. 1 Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Meals - Catering Upon Prior Request For Lunch For Students From I To Vi Grades;- Separate Position No. 2 Preparation And Delivery Of Individually Packaged Food - Breakfast And Fruit Upon Prior Request For Students From I To Iv Grades.The Requirements Regarding The Composition And Quality Of The Food, Preparation, Packaging, Transportation And Delivery, Weekly Menus, Conditions For Accepting Deliveries And Other Performance Requirements Are Defined In Detail In The Technical Specification And Documentation For The Public Procurement.In The Execution Of The Public Contract, All Applicable Requirements Of The Current National And European Legislation Related To The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Observed, Including The Requirements Regarding The Safety And Quality Of Food, The Healthy Nutrition Of Students And The Applicable Minimum Mandatory Environmental Requirements Under Ordinance No. H-1 Of 23.07.2024.The Specific Conditions For Performance, The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, The Method Of Acceptance And Payment Of The Delivered Supplies And The Other Contractual Conditions Are Defined In The Documentation For The Public Procurement And The Draft Contract For The Relevant Specific Position.
