The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Net Amounts Of Active Low-Voltage Electrical Energy At Freely Agreed Prices For The Sites Of Pmg Acad. Ivan Gyuzelev, Gabrovo, As Well As Their Inclusion In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractors Coordinator.The Contractor Undertakes The Activities Of Forecasting, Planning, Nomination And Administration Of Schedules And Data, The Information Exchange With Eso Ead And The Relevant Network Operator, As Well As The Responsibility For Balancing And All Costs And Revenues From Imbalances, Without Separate Payment By The Contracting Authority.Estimated Consumption For A 12-Month Period Is Approximately 154.47 Mwh For Two Sites Of The Employer In Gabrovo. In View Of The Planned Functioning Of The Swimming Complex During The Implementation Period And Based On The Consumption During The Months With A Functioning Complex, The Contracting Authority Determines An Estimated Consumption For The Term Of The Contract In The Amount Of Approximately 220 Mwh.The Amount Is Estimated And Does Not Oblige The Employer To Absorb It In Full.The Term Of Supplies Is 12 Months From The Confirmation Of The First Successfully Registered Schedule, But Not Earlier Than The Termination/Expiry Of The Current Supply. The Maximum Contract Value Is Eur 45,000.00 Excluding Vat.The Price Of Active Electricity Is Determined Based On The Published Price Of The Day-Ahead Market Segment Of Bneb For The Relevant Market Time Interval, Increased By The Fixed Surcharge A Proposed By The Contractor. The Maximum Allowable Allowance Is Eur 6.00/Mwh Excluding Vat.
