The Purpose Of These Terms And Conditions Is To Contract The “Medicinal Liquid Oxygen Supply Agreement With Commodated Provision Of Cryogenic Tank And Associated Systems For The Padre Las Casas Care Complex”, Intended For The Continuous And On-Demand Supply Of The Centralized Medicinal Oxygen Network Of The Establishment.The Contract Will Include The Supply, Transportation And Unloading Of Medicinal Oxygen, As Well As The Provision On Loan, Installation, Commissioning And Maintenance Of The Cryogenic Tank And Its Associated Systems, Including The Monitoring And Support Mechanisms Necessary To Ensure Continuity Of Supply.The Agreement Will Be Valid For Twenty-Four 24 Months And All Costs Associated With The Service Must Be Included In The Price Offered.
