The General Objective Of This Tender Is To Develop, Integrate And Consolidate The Technical, Territorial, Urban, Environmental And Participatory Studies Necessary For The Preparation Of The Preliminary Project For Modification To The Metropolitan Regulatory Plan Of Valparaíso (Premval) In Its Rural Area And Urban-Rural Interface, Ensuring That Its Formulation Is Based On Updated Background, Sustainable Territorial Planning Criteria And On The Terms Of Agreement For The Preparation Of The Preliminary Project (Taa) That Are Sanctioned By The Regional Council Of Valparaiso. The Above Will Allow These Agreements To Be Translated Into A Coherent Regulatory And Territorial Proposal, Technically Founded And Adjusted To The Current Needs Of The Metropolitan Territory.
