The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Natural Or Legal Person To Carry Out All The Required Technical Studies, Specialized Technical Assistance, As Well As Compliance With The Procedures Leading To The Update Of The Communal Regulatory Plan Of Vitacura (Prc-V), Until The Approval Of The Environmental Report By The Ministry Of The Environment And The Subsequent Obtaining Of The Favorable Report By The Regional Ministerial Secretariat Of The Ministry Of Housing And Urban Planning Of The Metropolitan Region Of Santiago, In Support Of The Exercise Of The Planning Power That The The Municipality Preserves It In A Private And Non-Delegable Manner In Accordance With Article 3, Letter B), Of Law No. 18,695.The Service Includes The Preparation Of The Studies Required By Current Regulations (Urban Mobility, Communal Equipment, Risks, Health Feasibility, Energy Infrastructure, Heritage, Protection Areas Of Natural Value, Among Others) And The Technical Development Of The Strategic Environmental Assessment (Eae) Process And The Citizen Participation Instances Provided For In The Lguc And Its Ordinance, Whose Management And Administrative Acts Correspond To The Municipality In Its Capacity As The Responsible Body, With The Successful Bidder Providing Technical Support And Correction Of Observations That Are Required.The Scope Of The Service Extends Until The Issuance Of The Termination Resolution Of The Eae - After A Pronouncement By The Ministry Of The Environment On The Environmental Report - And Until The Issuance Of The Favorable Report Of The Seremi Minvu Metropolitan Region On The Approved Project, With The Acts Of Promulgation And Subsequent Publications Being Filed In The Competent Bodies.The Execution Of The Service Will Be For A Maximum Period Of 745 Calendar Days, Subject To What Is Offered By The Successful Bidder In Accordance With Section 11.4 Of These Ba And The Provisions Of The Attached Technical Bases. For This Call For Bids, These Ba, Bt, Administrative And Technical Annexes, Modifications Or Clarifications (If Any), Responses To Queries (If Applicable), And In The Contract, As Well As The Other Documents That Are Part Of This Tender, Will Govern.
