The Objective Of The Tender Is To Contract The Design And Execution Service Of Two (2) Versions Of A Mentoring Program For Managers Of The Senior Public Management System (Hereinafter Adp Mentoring Program), According To The Model Defined By The Civil Service, Which Has As Its Main Objective To Enhance The Management Capacity Of Those Who Assume A Position In The Sadp For The First Time, Relying On The Career Of A Manager With Greater Experience Who Holds Or Has Held Positions Of Similar Responsibility, Through The Guide And Peer Guidance. The Design Will Be Applied To The Two (2) Versions Of The Program, Which Must Be Executed Between The Second Semester Of 2026 And The First Semester Of 2028.
