The Department Of Education Of The Illustrious Municipality Of Litueche, Hereinafter Also The Bidding Entity, Requires To Contract Through Public Bidding The Technical Production Service Of Events, Including, According To The Particular Needs Of Each Activity, The Provision, Transportation, Installation, Operation, Supervision, Dismantling And Removal Of Amplification Equipment, Sound, Lighting, Technical Structures, Electrical Distribution, Technical Personnel And Other Elements Necessary To Ensure The Adequate Development Of Institutional Activities.The Purpose Of The Contracting Will Be To Provide A Comprehensive, Timely, Safe And Technically Adequate Service For Carrying Out Activities, Ceremonies, Meetings, Fairs, Cultural, Institutional, Protocol And Other Events Determined By The Entity.The Service May Be Required In The Entitys Own Premises, Public Spaces, Private Facilities Made Available To The Entity, Educational Establishments, Community Centers, Auditoriums, Gyms, Squares, Parks, Esplanades And Other Previously Determined Places.The Service Must Consider All Direct And Indirect Costs Necessary For Its Correct Execution, Including, When Applicable, Personnel, Mobilization, Transportation, Loading And Unloading, Assembly, Disassembly, Operation, Equipment, Accessories, Cables, Connectors, Structures, Safety Elements, Backup Power Supply, Tools, Consumables And Any Other Element Necessary To Fully Comply With The Requirements.
